Steps To Create Online Gaming Website in WordPress

So, I’m going to introduce some basic and important steps in this WordPress tutorial. All plugins are available in WordPress except one that is “pro elements” which actually needs to unlock the pro features of Elelemtnor. We are using only basic themes in this WordPress website.

Requirements

• WordPress CMS Hosted on Server (Live or Local Host)
• Plugins (Elementor, Pro Elements, ACF, Unlimited Elements for Elementor, Header and Footer Builder, Raw HTML Snippets, Ajax Search Lite) (All are available on WordPress Except Pro Elements)
• Basic theme OceanWP (You can use Different)

Step 1 : Install WordPress on the Server

Step 2 : Install and Activate Plugins

In this step, we have to install and activate all the required plugins and activate them. I have listed all the plugins as above

Step 3: Create Categories and Menu

In this step, we will create Game Categories that we are planning to show on our website. After this, we will create a “main menu”.

Step 4: Create Necessary Pages (Home, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer)

Here we will add necessary pages like “Home” “Privacy Policy” “Disclaimer” etc.

Step 5: Create and Design a Single Post Template By Elementor Theme Builder

This is a very important step, here we will first design and publish a single Post Template for our game detail Interface. We will prepare layouts, sections, and columns and then we will add some content related to a specific game. As shown below. Step 6: Connect ACF Fields to each element using Dynamic Tags (Make Posts Dynamic)

In this step, we have to connect ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) fields to specific details so that we can change our game dynamically with each post. Step 7: Add and Publish Game Posts with Extra ACF Fields

Here we have to Add game posts on our website using 3rd Party Gaming Website. Where we will add Game details like “title” “Genre” “Popularity” “Plays” and “Game Embed code”. To Add Post Go to “Posts” and Click on “Add New Post” After you will have a post with extra fields as we created in ACF shown below

Step 8: Embed Game Code From 3rd Party Website

Here we have to embed game codes from another website that provides free online game embedding codes. By this, we can able to Play Game on our Website. To get this code visit the website https://business.gamezop.com/html5-games there you will see a list of games with their embed codes As shown in the below image

When you click on “EMBED” a code will will appear below. just cop it and Save it in a “Notepad” Because we have to perform additional steps from here just follow.
